Return Policy
· Trees, shrubs, and perennials may be returned within 10 days of purchase.
· Annuals may be returned within 7 days of purchase
o Must be in original container- not planted.
o Dated receipt of purchase
· Vegetable and herb sales are FINAL
· Pet food and bird seed may be returned, un-opened, within 15 days of purchase, with dated receipt
· Seed may be returned, un-opened, within 15 days of purchase, with receipt
· Bagged items such as fertilizer and mulch may be returned, un-opened, within 15 days of purchase, with receipt
· Straw and hay sales are FINAL
· All other items may be returned within 90 days of purchase with receipt, provided that:
o Item is intact and un-damaged
o Item has not been used
Replacement Policy
· Northside Garden will replace trees and shrubs that die within one year of purchase one time only at a 50% discount off retail price.
· Northside Garden will replace perennials that die within three months of purchase one time only at a 50% discount off the retail price.
· Replacement discount will only be given with dated receipt of original purchase and customer must bring in the dead plant
· Plants will be replaced with the same variety and size, if possible.
· If the same plant is not available, a plant of equivalent type, size, and price may be substituted at discretion of management.
· We do not offer cash refunds or store credit for dead plants.
· We do not guarantee annuals, vegetables, and herbs.
· We do not guarantee fountains, pottery, or concrete items.
We do not guarantee sod or seed.
· Plants sold wholesale do not qualify for replacement

Wholesale Inquiries
If you own a landscaping business or are a contractor (builder), you may inquire with a manager about wholesale pricing. Please provide a business license or a business credit card/check with your business name on it. We do not give out wholesale prices over the phone. We are not currently accepting new CREDIT accounts.
